Ready for Development (RfD) is a Cameroonian nonprofit organization committed to promoting civic engagement and supporting community development through learning, dialogue, skills development, and strategic partnerships.

Founded in September 2023, RfD works with young people, communities, institutions, and development partners to create opportunities for personal growth, social inclusion, economic empowerment, and sustainable development.

Through our programs and partnerships, we equip people with relevant skills, encourage active citizenship, strengthen community resilience, and connect local initiatives with opportunities, knowledge, and resources.

Our work is guided by a simple belief: when people are empowered and communities are strengthened, sustainable development becomes possible.
