Since 2023

At Ready for Development (RfD), we believe impact is more than the number of activities we organize. It is about the people we reach, the skills we strengthen, the opportunities we create, the partnerships we build and the communities we support.

Since our establishment in 2023, RfD has worked with young people, professionals, communities and partner organizations through capacity building, community engagement, leadership development, knowledge sharing and strategic partnerships.

Our journey is still growing, but every programme, training, dialogue, and partnership contributes to a larger goal of empowering people, strengthening communities & creating opportunities for sustainable development.
